Step 1 · AI callYour intake call with Pien
Pien, our AI intake specialist, calls the number you give us at your scheduled time. A relaxed 20 to 30 minute conversation to understand your situation. No prep needed, and it is recorded so our team can serve you accurately.
After the callYou share a few documents
We email you a short checklist: last year’s tax return, your most recent financials if you have them, and any IRS notices. You send them over so nothing is left to guesswork.
Behind the scenesTim builds your plan
Tim Wijtenburg, CPA, personally reviews everything you shared and prepares his findings and recommendations before you meet. He shows up already knowing your situation.
Step 2 · With Tim, CPAYour strategy call
Tim walks you through what he found and what he recommends, live on a video call where he can share his screen, and gets you set up if it is a good fit. Usually 2 to 4 days after your intake call.
Established or more complex business?
If your books are messy, behind, or of unknown condition, Pien may recommend a paid diagnostic assessment on your intake call. If you have more than $200k in gross receipts, or any uncertainty about your accounting, that is the right starting point.
It is a one-time deep review of your books with a road map you keep. It adds a few days, so it will not be ready in the usual 2 to 4.
