These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website located at asktimtax.com (the "Website") and our text messaging program, operated by Tim Wijtenburg, LLC, doing business as TimTax ("TimTax," "we," "us," or "our"). Advice you may rely on is provided only through a signed engagement letter and, where applicable, written communication confirmed as intended for your reliance.

If you text our business line, or provide your mobile number to us and consent to receive texts, you consent to receive text messages under our TimTax business line messaging program, including replies to messages you send us, missed-call and voicemail notices, and appointment or document reminders. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for assistance. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
